Dear Friends, Family and Supporters— Greetings! I am a JOYFUL artist and have been cultivating my innovative side to make my art both beautiful and functional. I am an experienced painter and have created hundreds of works of art. Recently, these images have been turned into functional art such as journals, cards, tote bags, pillows, shower curtains and other products. So many of you have blessed me with your purchases and wonderful feedback. This encourages me to pursue the creation of a small business. Now I am ready to take the next step and create a sustainable small business!
REQUEST: I am asking for seed money to begin this process. I am seeking this seed money from various sources including individuals, art and small business donors, organizations and grants. This money will help cover the many expenses that come with a start up! In general, I want to: increase and expand my offerings and printing costs are significant; increase my marketing efforts, branding and visibility: keep a stocked inventory: buy art supplies: rent studio space, and most importantly add more beauty and joy to this world!
I have felt a God-calling to share JOY through my art and art can be healing. The Ultimate Goal for my Art Business is to:

Art enriches cultural understanding and appreciation, offering fresh perspectives and insights. Connecting with present-moment art enables emotional healing and refreshment by celebrating life now! I make art and help others connect with their creativity. I am blessed and want to continue.
What is the solution your idea brings?
Many online shoppers encounter a lack of meaningful products that resonate with their personal preferences. My Blessed Art fills this gap by bringing a unique collection of original artistic pieces that appeal to diverse tastes including journals, tote bags, pillows, ornaments, notecards, etc. These pieces include prints of my original artwork including many distinct types of flowers, animals, mountains and spiritual images.
My business meets the demand for personalized products allowing customers to express their individuality through art and enhancing daily needed items, fashion and living spaces with distinctive pieces that reflect their preferences and style. Infused with soul and offered at an accessible price point, my art aims to create meaningful connections with customers. Additionally, I offer my talents to help facilitate other people’s creativity such as through teaching and consulting.
Finally, I am invested in and enthusiastic about engaging with customers to build community, allowing for mutual understanding and appreciation. I do not want to just sell art, I want to help make people happier, more joyful and feel connected. I have received powerful testimonies about the effects my art had on a person and particularly when gifted to others. I love to talk directly with my customers and get to know them and help them to get to know me. This is a key element of my emerging business.
